Much of the lake's shoreline is dedicated to a state park, which makes it a sanctuary for wildlife including loons, herons, white-tailed deer, raccoons, beavers, and a variety of game fish such as bass, walleye, pike, perch and bluegill. The lake is a ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, skiing, and tubing. We provide a fishing boat with motor, 2 jr. kayaks, a water trampoline and a pedalboat for casual summer fun. In the winter, the Bass Lake area is known for ice skating, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.
